Join Our Team as an HR Automation Engineer, where you'll navigate Deere through the fast paced and modern world of Data & Automation to make lives better, easier and smarter by innovating with purpose.
Your Impact:?As an HR Automation Engineer, you'll be a game-changer in our HR automation journey across Region 2 (EAME). Collaborate daily with our awesome HR team to develop aligned solutions and support our global People strategy with data, insights, and cutting-edge tech.
Your responsibilities: ?
- Elevate Our HR Game :?Streamline and enhance internal processes.
- Innovate with Citizen Development: ?Create custom solutions for a leaner process landscape.
- Analyze & Automate :?Spot opportunities for digitalization and automation in HR processes.
- Optimize Continuously :?Keep an eye on existing processes and make them better.
- Deliver Excellence :?Ensure high-quality processes, train end users, and provide tech support post-launch.
- Stay Ahead :?Keep up with the latest in automation technologies.
- Collaborate Creatively :?Be part of a diverse, creative, and international team.

Our requirements:
- Education:?Bachelor's degree in IT, Data Science, Automation Engineering, or equivalent.
- Innovative Mindset:?Brave enough to try new ways of working and embrace trial and error.
- Tech Skills:?Experience with Microsoft PowerTools (PowerAutomate & PowerApps), and ideally SQL and Python.
- Quick Learner:?Understand complex technical contexts and enjoy working with data and workflows.
- Team Player:?Love working in an international team with cross-discipline communication.
- Language Skills:?Fluent in English; basic German is a plus.
